We want you to love every bottle of Amazing Blazing Chilli Sauce by Saffy. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Include your order reference and photos where relevant so we can resolve the matter quickly.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we generally cannot accept returns of opened sauces for hygiene and food safety reasons. Unopened items in original condition may be considered on a case-by-case basis if reported promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider and typically takes several business days after approval.
